In our project, we use T7 phage gene product 5.7, an E. coli transcription inhibitor, and build and test the following two parts

• T7 gene product 5.7 controlled by pBAD/araC https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3790232
• T7 gene product 5.7 controlled by pBAD+dps promoter fusion https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K3790233

The following primers were used, for making constructs contain T7 gp5.7 (gene product 5.7).
